You're degree educated with some HR experience and working towards your CIPD. Which means you have a good understanding of employment law and its application. And you'd like to use your experience within an organisation you know looks after it's people. Hires the right ones in the first place and then supports and develops them. Your main focus will be on a newly implemented HR system called Workday, about to go 'live' very soon. And you'll be supporting and training employees and line managers to book absences and update their personal details. And you'll feedback any issues. But also you'll help with recruitment and provide payroll support. You'll want to be part of a small, busy HR team for a business that has a robust recruitment process and upholds company values which are to support, empower and develop employees.
