Customer Care Representative - 12 month FTC, Watford, £20,000 - £24,000 plus excellent benefits Are you an ambitious, driven individual with previous Office-based Customer Service experience? Our client, a growing and dynamic medical technology company, are looking for intuitive individuals with strong problem solving skills to join their growing customer care department. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of customer contact, through a mixture of emails, inbound and outbound calls. You will be expected to ensure that all customer queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently; the majority of queries are complex in nature and will require you to be inquisitive and keen to find a solution to every query, often thinking outside the box. Responsibilities: · Answering inbound calls from the customers including healthcare professionals and patients · Serve as first point of contact for key accounts (orders, deliveries, returns, disputes, contracts, tenders etc.) · Order processing and order entry onto SAP system · Ensure the database is kept up to date with all relevant information · Organise return requests, track returns until completed · Ensure all back orders are fulfilled when stock is available, keeping customers informed at all times of their order status · Responsible for the operational performance of key accounts; this includes a personalized touch towards key customers · Responsible for monitoring and analysing KPI’s, SLA’s to ensure a smooth resolution of issues (disputes, return etc.) · Responsible for issue resolution and pro-active communication towards the customer. Key Skills/Experience: · Previous office based customer service experience is essential due to the requirements of this role · Excellent communication and relationship building skills · Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Please note, you MUST have previous office-based Customer Service Experience to be considered, so please only apply if you are a suitable candidate.
