Do you have excellent customer services skills and happy communicating with a range of different people including insurance claimants, solicitors, insurance brokers and company representatives?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity as a Claims Management Administration Specialist based in Dorking. Using your awareness of customer expectations and by adhering to the principles of treating customers fairly, you will provide the highest level of administration while achieving exceptional service standards.

The Role

As a Claims Management Administration Specialist, you will proactively coordinate the claims process for insurance claims made under insurance policies. This will mean you are talking to claimants, solicitors, insurance brokers, medical professionals and company representatives so excellent communication skills are a must. The role requires you to be organised with good attention to detail to ensure systems and communications are accurate. You will have the ability to build relationships and show empathy as sometimes claims can be of a sensitive nature.  You will investigate claims by obtaining all the information necessary to assess and validate the claim. You will work closely with the customer care & rehabilitation team in promoting and assisting claimants returning to work.

The role is a full-time position working normal business hours Monday to Friday.
