You thrive on being out in the field meeting clients and understanding their needs, therefore 3 - 4 days on the road, nationwide, will come naturally while calling Peckleton in Leicestershire your base for the remaining time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Manage a reliable stream of inbound client enquiries
* Gather client requirements and work with suppliers to create a coherent, achievable and profitable design
* Negotiate and close sales opportunities
* Deliver a continuous improvement process
* Follow and help to improve existing client processes
* Achieve personal sales targets
* Report against KPI's and budgets
* Provide market analysis and contributing to forecasting
* Contributing to wider business strategy alongside Directors
* Supporting and collaborating with the marketing team
* Generally assisting with sales, administration, and operations within the business

Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

* Previous experience of a consumer-facing role in the sale of luxury goods, preferably in the B2C market
* Previous technical experience within build or landscaping sectors
* Experience of the construction or landscaping industries or transferable technical experience
* Ability to quickly and expertly understand the customer base and their individual needs
* Have a level of technical understanding, not necessarily in kitchens, but with ease of transference
* Experience in selling a concept, being able to bring this to life for our potential clients so they can see themselves with our products
* Be a key team player as the success of the business will depend on that key attribute
* A strong working knowledge of common IT systems such as the full Microsoft Office suite and modern CRM systems is essential, and an aptitude for quick familiarisation with new software
* An understanding of modern marketing tools and systems
* Have a full driving licence
* Excellent communication skills are required, written and verbally
* Have an entrepreneurial spirit, be highly motivated, and be wholly self-sufficient
* Basic experience of and or/ ability to use CAD design software
