Human Resource Officer Contract: up to 12 months Maternity Cover 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) £23,966.80 per annum Job Ref: A547 We are looking to appoint an experienced Human Resource Officer who has a minimum Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in HR Management or equivalent CIPD qualification and is a member of CIPD and has up-to-date knowledge of employment law. The role requires someone who has experience of managing and supervising staff. You must have excellent oral and written communication skills, good organisational and planning skills with the ability to negotiate and influence others. You must be resilient, self-motivated with a can-do approach and have knowledge, skills and experience of working on Microsoft word, excel, email and the internet. The role requires flexibility as a requirement of the post will be to lead and attend recruitment fairs which may occur at weekends and/or evening. You must be able to drive and have your own transport.
