Location: Wimbledon, SW19 3HX

Salary: �24,000 per annum

Hours of Work : Monday to Friday 22:30pm to 07:00am, Saturday 22:00 to 06:30am, Sunday 21:30pm to 06:00am

This is a rolling rota for a five day week across seven days shift pattern

An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Supervisor to join the Customer Service Management team. The successful candidate will report to the Customer Service Manager with duties to include the following. The ideal person will work closely with the Customer Service management team to oversee, organise and co-ordinate the daily workload of Customer Service Advisors.

In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, the ideal candidate will be responsible for cross training and up-skilling of customer service team where required.

Customer Service Supervisor Responsibilities:

* Ensuring efficient and accurate processing of customer orders
* Processing orders by telephone email or fax in order to support the customer service team in meeting their service levels.
* Measuring and monitoring Key performance indicator
* Manage and report team productivity, ensuring that there are always people available to take calls, monitor the call queues and ensure the team are focused on achieving the required service levels and meet agreed KPIs.
* To be the first point of contact for queries from the customer service team, sales team, warehouse and other departments during the shift.
* Ensure effective & regular communication is maintained with the customer service team, management and other Solstice departments at all times.
* Be proficient in processing orders for all customer types.
* Act as point of escalation for all customer issues during the shift.
* Make sure that all customer complaints are promptly responded to when received and responded to appropriately.
* Ensuring weekly updates are sent accurately and promptly showing outstanding levels of email/fax orders, late order queries and order input accuracy
* Be willing to undertake any other duties in relation to the customer service team as may be reasonably required.

Customer Service Supervisor Requirements:

* 6 months experience is essential
* Excellent listening, questioning and feedback skills
* Very good computer skills
* Ability to allocate & maximise resource effectively
* Skilled in motivating and managing a diverse team of people to encourage them to provide excellent customer service
* Professional manner and good verbal communication skills
* Ability to delegate, remain in control and follow up issues as necessary.
* Ability to work under pressure and remain calm whilst still maintaining attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines
* Ability to diffuse and resolve conflict
