Head of Marketing

Our client has been improving animal welfare through education by delivering a variety of animal welfare courses and qualifications since 2005. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Part Time Head of Marketing.

The purpose of the role is to lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies in order to generate more leads and take the company growth to a new level.

The Head of Marketing will join a dedicated team who are passionate about improving standards in animal care through education. The organisation engages directly with students and partner organisations to deliver a blend of accredited theory learning and hands-on practical experience across the animal care sector.

The Head of Marketing position is offered as a home based, permanent, part-time role on a salary of �35k FTE for approximately 25 hours depending on the needs of the candidate. The actual salary for 25 hours would be �23,333, there is flexibility as to how these hours are worked. It's based remotely but occasional meetings will be required. Other benefits include 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (both pro rata) and an auto enrolment pension. Family friendly and flexible company culture.

The Role:

Our client has animal welfare at its heart, and it is important the successful candidate has a genuine interest in animals. They are looking for a well organised and personable marketing professional who is happy to work independently and take on the responsibility for planning the entire marketing strategy, create, recommend and implement marketing programs and campaigns for products and services of the company in order to increase course sales.

The candidate:

* Able to create and implement a marketing strategy
* 3-5 years multi-channel marketing experience
* Confident in executing digital campaigns and optimising to achieve best ROI
* Proficient in using Google Analytics
* Experienced in working with media and creative agencies
* Proactive and able to prioritise workloads to accommodate changing demands within the team and service
* Able to use initiative and work unsupervised from home to meet deadlines
* Ability to problem solve, multi-task and work under pressure
* Passion for high standards and continuous improvement
