£60k basic + flexi/remote working

My client a Service Design Agency is looking for a Service Designer with UX abilities to join their small friendly design team.

You will be working on a brilliant new client based in Cambridge, even though your main base will be London. For a short time they would like you to be onsite to understand the business and their products they are developing. This could be a max 2-3 days a week onsite and then remote working or to be based in their brand new serviced London office, the expenses for Cambridge would be covered in full.

You will be a lead on this important new client with a lot of leeway for the direction of the products and service design direction being created for them.

This is a great role for someone to take on more responsibilities and working with a superb friendly team that has the get together and make great things happen attitude, you will definitely be working on work that makes a difference and it will be a challenging and great project for you to grow your skills even more

This is a great opportunity for someone who is genuinely excited by being an integral part of a team working across multiple projects that span product and service.

You will be working with the researchers, strategists, data scientists, experience Designers, developers and more across office locations and remote working locations to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on-time.


Inspiring a team of diverse and talented Designers to strategically plan, contextualise and address complex multi-touchpoint experiences that encompass a wide ecosystem, including people, products and places where services are experienced.
Planning, organising and facilitating events and workshops: bringing together users and stakeholders to unpick the challenges faced by the service and propose new solutions.
Setting the direction for future service experiences by developing and landing the overall Service Design strategy, including high-level concepts and robust customer value proposition
Planning and conducting user testing and live prototyping of ideas and solutions with users, refining the products/services based on feedback.
Produce a range of service design deliverables of quality.

Experience and skills

A trusted and tenured reputation for leadership, design excellence and commercial savviness
Pharmaceutical exposure will be helpful
In-depth and hands on experience of end to end design processes and tools.
UX experience will be very helpful
Proven talent for nurturing and inspiring teams
A storyteller with experience crafting narratives for senior audiences and bringing them along the journey.
