Demi Pastry Chef de Partie - 4* Luxury Hotel Windsor

Demi Pastry Chef de Partie. Our client is recruiting a Demi Pastry Chef de Partie for their busy 4* Hotel located in Windsor. The Head Chef is looking for a Chef to work the pastry section in the hotel restaurant and functions to 1AA rosette level.

The Role

* Working on the Pastry Section
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service
* Managing your own section


* You will already be working as a Pastry Demi or Commis Chef in a Rosette awarded hotel, pub or restaurant
* Pastry Experience
* Hold NVQ level qualification or equivalent
* Knowledge of fine dining and banqueting
