Great Sous Chef Opportunity with Luxury Hotel in Farnborough

Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in the Farnborough area for a Sous Chef to work in the kitchen of their luxury 4* Hotel. This is a key role in the kitchen as you will support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen to prepare meals for private dining and functions. You will have a CV that demonstrates career progression and longevity in previous roles, cooking to rosette levels.

The Role

* Working in the 4* Hotel kitchen
* Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
* Preparing meals for Restaurant, Private Dining & Functions
* Kitchen Management duties - supporting Head Chef

The Person

* You will already be a Sous Chef
* Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
* Experience of working in Hotels or Restaurants ideally to 1-2AA rosette standard
* Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
* Steady Career History
