Senior Sous Chef - Luxury Hotel - Egham Surrey

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based near Egham in Surrey for a Senior Sous Chef to work at their luxury hotel. The Hotel is looking for a Head Chef to manage and run the 2AA rosette awarded informal restaurant. This is an ideal role for an ambitious and talented Sous Chef to work for a luxury hotel and prepare meals for lunch and dinner service along with Banqueting.

The Role

* Running and managing the Kitchen in Head Chefs absence
* Encouraging, motivating and developing Junior Chefs
* Financial and Kitchen Management duties

The Person

* You will already be a Sous Chef in a luxury 4 or 5* operation
* Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
* Have experience of cooking to 2AA rosette level
* Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
* Steady Career History
