Location: Waterlooville (Travel to Swindon may be required)

Salary: £22k to £28K dependant on experience

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Contract Type: 12 month FTC

About the company:

Our client is one of the UK's largest and most comprehensive Alarm Receiving Centres (ARC) and Remote Video Response Centres (RVRC). Established since 1983 they have an excellent reputation within the industry and their highly trained staff deals with a wide range of alarm systems, covering security, fire, CCTV, environmental alarms.

The Transformation Project and Commercial Manager is an exciting role which will focus on guiding teams through major change. The successful candidate will be used to working in environments of significant change and have solid commercial experience that could have been gained from a wide number of roles and working environments previously.

About the role:

They are looking for a creative person who has the ability to think analytically, with an audience-first mindset for the role of Content Marketing Executive. Candidates will be experts on social media analytics and know how to utilise data in formulating a campaign strategy.

Responsibilities of the Content Marketing Executive:

* Create a digital content plan for relevant business units across all online platforms
* Share new content and an overview of the release plan to our broader internal colleagues as internal awareness of how we are promoting the STANLEY solutions
* Driving traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion
* Measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns
* Implementing SEO best practices
* Knowing which platform different kinds of content are best suited to
* Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies to disseminate content
* Work with the Head of Marketing and Digital Marketing Executive to regularly review performance of digital activities to influence improvement and change for future campaigns
* Work with our vendor partners to utilise content created in their businesses relevant to STANLEY and our customer audience

Requirements of the Content Marketing Executive:

* Web content management system(s)
* Email marketing system(s)
* Creating various types of content such as e-books, whitepapers, infographics, guides, blogs etc
* Design skills using Adobe Creative Suite and other design software to produce marketing collaterals
* General knowledge of SEO practices
* Managing e-mail marketing campaigns including development of email and tracking and analysis of results
* Online lead generation, e-based brand awareness and social networks
* Proven track record of growing leads and sales through online marketing
* Experience with online community building
* Data-driven and highly analytical
* Proficiency with Google Analytics
* Proficiency with social media analytics
* Time management skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
