The Company and the Role:
The Company is a global temporary facility builder, and integrated FM and Logistics provider. They operate in a number of environments but within the UK their work tends to focus on providing support services to large engineering and construction projects.
The company is responsible for the providing of a range of facilities services on 4 small sites which including Offices, Restaurant, welfare facilities, Medical centre , Warehouses and a Training facility.
This will include managing site transport, waste management, security, catering and cleaning.
They have an urgent need for an Administrator who will report to the Project Manager.
The role will be site based in the Waterside area to the west of Southampton.

Key Features of the Role:
Be the point of contact for the facilities team and work closely with management to ensure business objectives are met.
Produce relevant business reports, handling of queries and internal communications and manage the facilities inbox
Liaise with contractors and 3rd party suppliers
Follow Hazard elimination program (HELP)

Knowledge and Skills Required:
Ideally be an accomplished Administrator with knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Experience in the provision of services would be very useful.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Ideally you will have a valid CCNSG passport or equivalent and be able to follow safety rules as assigned by the Company.
Proficient in MS Office Word and Excel and able to create, compile and maintain databases and reports.

What's on Offer?
�25,200 per annum + benefits. 25 days holiday plus bank and public holidays
Please note this is a 2 year contract role.
