What you will do
As the Inside Sales Administrator you will be working as a part of our Marine Spares Team.
Your role will include duties such as: Responding to customers enquires on a range of Fire Protection Products, issuing quotations and processing orders, processing returns and arranging credits to be raised, conducting trade compliance checks on all orders, dealing with customer complaints, programming equipment when needed and ensuring sales targets are met.

How you will do it
To be successful in this role you’re going to need to be able to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical individuals so need to be able to be precise in your communications.

What we look for

� Ideally you will have worked as a high skilled Administration Professional
� You must be proficient in excel, word and CRM systems
� Knowledge of fire products would be an advantage
