An amazing sales opportunity has arisen within the Oil & Gas team of a Global Fire and Securities company, this role will see you leading the business development of their sales activities targeting medium to large CAPEX Projects in the North Sea Market.

This role will provide you with full autonomy to achieve success how you see fit. You will keep yourself busy networking and undertaking research to identify Brownfield/Greenfield opportunities within their Scope of solutions. You will target decision makers/influencers/owners/operators FEED Consultant and EPC Organisations to generate and qualify opportunities to pursue.

Therefore to be successful in this role you are going to need to be able to build great client relationships and understand their needs so that we can successfully bid and convert those opportunities.

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate a proven successful sales track record into the Offshore Oil & Gas market place preferable within mid to long term cycle projects. You must be able to communicate effectively and concisely to key stakeholders and be able to influence and negotiate new business.

Essential Requirements

• Ability to demonstrate experience, knowledge, a proven and successful track record in a business development and sales career aligned to
o Offshore Oil and Gas Market Place.
o Mid to long term cycle project pursuit / solution sales
o North Sea Owner, Operator, FEED, EPC, SURF sales
• Ability to communicate both internally and externally at high levels (Senior Director and Equivalent).
• Customer focused orientation with strong influencing and negotiation skills to gain wide acceptance.
• Ability to learn and understand mechanical and electrical engineered solutions
• A high level of Business Acumen with strong strategic agility.
• Systematic and Logical with a drive to achieve goals and objectives.
• Must be self-motivated, ambitious and thrive on challenges.
• Live locally and work within Aberdeen on a daily basis. Be able to undertake occasional travel both in and outside the UK.


• Existing relationships within North Sea Owner, Operator, FEED, EPC, SURF organisations within the UK.
• Knowledge of Hydraulic control, hydraulic power, wellhead control and chemical injection systems.
• Knowledge of fire detection, protection, suppression, control and safety systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration solutions.
• Experience in using CRM tools e.g. salesforce.
