Regional Nurse Manager – Greater London Region, Permanent, up to �60,000 pa + Benefits

Key Details: I am working with a Primary Care provider who are actively looking an enthusiastic ANP who is ooking for a career enhancing opportunity.

The Key Details Are –

Location: South Region – within easy access via Train, Bus and Car with carpark.

Salary: �50,000 - �60,000 per annum / �25.64 - �30.76 per hour based on 37.5 hours per week.

Contract Type: Permanent

Further Details about the Role: The successful candidate will to be professionally accountable for all nursing and AHP staff in the region. To lead the delivery of all aspects of a high-quality multidisciplinary nursing service throughout the services and surgeries operated by the organization within the designated geographical region. To provide leadership to the implementation and monitoring of all clinical aspects of nursing care to ensure clinical excellence. In conjunction with the head of nursing, to lead and assist with the implementation of any nursing redesign and quality strategies to ensure a high-quality nursing team. To support the Head of Nursing and act as a deputy as required to ensure a high level of quality and standards is always maintained.

Person Specification: The successful applicant will be an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and must also be able to prescribe. V300 and Minor illness course is a must. Extensive clinical experience in Primary care health settings and managing nursing teams. Extensive experience of the primary care CQC regime. Ability to drive is a must. Clear thinking and problem solving and decision-making skills. The ability to work in a changing, demanding and stressful situation. Ability to prioritise and manage own workload. Understanding of quality improvement programmes and initiatives.
