Key Features of the Role:
As Sales Support Executive for this IT and Technology based Company your key areas of learning and development will include the following plus other general responsibilities:
Administration and Reporting using a CRM system, maintaining the sales calendar, managing client information packs and folders, NDA's, maintaining spreadsheet data, prepare and provide end of month reports, sales forecasts etc.
Order Progression and On Time Delivery working with internal and external departments to mitigate any production / delivery delays, update Sales Team stakeholders of any delays, participate in Sales Team meetings and feedback, issues and delays.
Sales Support raising Sales Team purchase orders, making appointments for face to face meetings for Business Development purposes, managing & supporting visit plans, assisting with satisfaction calls and questionnaires, upkeep & manage partner portals, provide support to Business Development team.
Sales Order Processing ensuring forms are completed correctly, loading them onto a database, checking validity of Sales Orders prior to order entry, confirming delivery dates and account status on receipt of orders, alert on financial issues or restraints etc.
Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation develop telephone skills to appropriate level, market research, prospecting, make pro-active calls, build business relationships, qualify potential pipeline business opportunities, support or attend campaign exhibitions.
Quotations and Proposals liaison with Product / Purchasing / Production Departments, ensure quotes meet timeframes, raising Quote Price Requests, preparation and support of sales quotations for the Business Development team.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
To be successful in this this fantastic Sales Support Executive opportunity you will need to have the following essential knowledge and skills.
Competent and effective communicator with internal and external stakeholders, with excellent verbal and written skills.
Experience within a proactive Sales or Office based environment, utilising organisational skills,
