IT Engineering and Infrastructure Manager (G Suite) - London

£80 to £90k basic + bonus + flexi working

My client, a global software development company is looking for an IT Engineering and Infrastructure Manager who will be a team leader and can bring their own ideas to the table. G Suite experience is essential. This person would be responsible and accountable for making sure all of the systems are running smoothly within the limits of the specifications, costs and timelines. You must be well-versed and aware of all the industry best practices and processes. You must be detail-oriented and self-driven.

Why We Need This Role

The business needs an experienced Engineering Manager to manage oversee IT staff and assist in recruitment and training. They'll perform cost analysis between the London and India. They will ensure security and high-availability of our data and networks.

First Six Month Deliverables

Standardize equipment acquisition process: identify and vet vendors, create formal system for employee equipment requests

Manage IT staff and assist in recruitment and training

Optimize current conferencing system

Design and develop systems and policies to ensure high availability of all office systems and tools

Optimize UPS system to ensure zero downtime for the office

Oversee infrastructure setup for new offices in London and India

Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience
