Do you have proven office-based customer service experience? Are you looking for an exciting new challenge?

If the answer is yes, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our team based in Bourton-on-the-Water as a Sales and Customer Service Advisor. This role is offered as a 12-month Fixed Term Maternity Cover contract.

What will you be doing?

As our Sales and Customer Service Advisor, you will provide an efficient and effective service to Customers, our Sales Team and other internal & external customers to ensure that all orders and associated paperwork are processed and dispatched in an accurate, timely and professional manner. You'll utilise resources, brand awareness, product quality and knowledge to achieve the best results for the company and our customers.

The Sales and Customer Service Advisor will provide customers with professional, informed advice on our product range as well as manage the Customer Services Inbox. You'll input and process customer orders, dealing with any related tasks, such as advising the customer of any order amendments, delays or pricing discrepancies and raising accompanying paperwork i.e. Hardware Forms, Export Documentation.

What do you need?

- Customer service experience within an office environment is essential
- Experience of working in a sales or telesales environment would be ideal
- Good knowledge of Excel and other database packages
- Ability to manage and prioritise your workload
- Ability to manage customer expectations and deal with difficult situations
