Office Manager required for a successful growing property maintenance business based in East Barnet. You will be working with a highly engaged team, that has been established since 2014. The company cater for the domestic markets carrying out maintenance and refurbishment work across North London.

Due to expansion the company are now looking to hire an experienced Office Manager, to support the Managing Director.

The ideal candidate would also enjoy the opportunity to bring their experience to help shape the future of this firm.

Job Summary

Main responsibilities:

* To provide general administrative support
* To create and implement efficient working practices and systems
* Financial administration including the reconciling of Xero
* Generation of reports and invoicing
* General telephone enquiries
* Keeping all records up to date
* CRM database management
* Quotations and following up
* Diary management
* C.I.S. payments
* Creation of job files

Experience and Skills Required:

* Office management experience, ideally within the construction sector
* Experience of formulating quotes within the construction and/or trade industries is essential
* Experience of accounting software, ideally Xero
* Confidence with Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to prioritise and plan own workload
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent organisational skills
