Internal Sales- Client Onboarding

Location: Swavesey

Salary: �21,000 to �23,000 dependant on experience (Bonus Scheme up to �500 pcm)

Hours: Monday to Friday- 8.30am- 5.00pm

Job type: Permanent, full time contract

Thanks to our passion and drive for innovating the LED lighting industry, we've become recognised by electrical wholesalers through the UK as a commercial LED lighting partner they can trust.

Purpose of the Internal Sales - Client Onboarding:

You will support the Sales of LED Lighting in a busy office based in Swavesey. Pro- actively contacting lapsed and potential clients via phone and email to develop and nurture strong business relationships to bring them onboard. Informing them of the benefits of using our online ordering facility and giving guidance on how to register, log in and use the portal. You will be the first point of contact until they can be passed to the local Regional Sales Manager to continue the customers development.

Responsibilities of the Internal Sales - Client Onboarding:

* Developing strong business relationships to qualify and manage a frequent contact strategy.
* To conduct outbound telephone calls to bring lapsed and new clients onboard.
* Explaining the benefits of using our online purchasing portal, giving guidance on how to utilise this to maximise efficiency and obtain the best deals.
* Generating sales from the portal clients via both phone and email
* To undertake telephone marketing campaigns to maximise product sales.
* Providing accurate product information to clients in a timely and professional manner both verbally and written via email.
* Account management to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction
* Maintaining and capturing accurate data on the company CRM, providing information as requested.
* Ad hoc customer services and administration support to all departments as required.

Requirements of the Internal Sales - Client Onboarding:

* Vibrant and confident personality
* Previous experience in a telesales role is essential.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work at a pace whilst always remaining detail focused
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Ability to develop strong business relationships
* Competent IT abilities
* Experience of CRM, particularly SageCRM would be advantageous
