We are looking for an experienced IFA Support professional who has the diligence and skills to become a valuable member of the Wealth Management team. You will be involved in the day to day coordination of the client service workload, providing full team management of our administrative support team who deliver a first-class service to our financial advisers and wider Wealth Management department.

Adviser Support Team Leader Responsibilities:

* Leading the Adviser Support Team ensuring day to day tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner
* Full team management including supervision, regular one to ones, absence management, disciplinary and grievance issues
* Promote and support effective team working through regular Team Meetings to ensure communication/productivity
* Contributing to future recruitment, appointment and induction of team members
* Identify individual and team learning and development needs and planning to meet these
* Processing new business, including accurate completion and submission of application forms and the submission of business via platforms
* Servicing clients across a range of advisory areas inclusive of investments, pensions, protection, trust work & IHT/tax planning
* Setting up adviser charges and producing invoices
* Preparing accurate review packs and valuations
* Sending Letters of Authority and requesting policy information from providers and ensuring this is complete
* Providing administration support in respect of group pension arrangements
* Producing suitability reports if required
* Producing appropriate, clear and accurate written correspondence to a high standard, both to clients and product providers
* The effective management of own diary to ensure work is completed on time and in accordance with service level agreements and internal procedures
* The use of Intelligent Office and our internal logs, ensuring that client records are complete and up to date
* Dealing with ad-hoc client and provider queries professionally and efficiently

Adviser Support Team Leader Requirements:

* At least 3 years working within a Wealth Management company
* Hands-on, practical exposure to supporting IFA's/financial advisers in a 'cradle to grave' admin support capacity
* Level 4 Diploma (DipFA) or be working towards this
* Customer focused
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong telephone manner
