Fantastic Career Opportunity for Sous Chef with Country Dining Pub & Restauarnt

Our client is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for their country dining pub restaurant near Chipping Norton & Woodstock in Oxfordshire. They are looking for a talented Chef with experience of working with all fresh food to ideally a 1-2AA rosette standard.

The Role

* Working on each section of the kitchen
* Supporting the Head Chef and managing kitchen in his absence
* Managing and ordering for your own section


* You will already be working as a Junior Sous Chef or expereinced Chef de Partie in Rosette awarded luxury 4* hotel, pub or restaurant
* Ability to work on each section
* Keen to work at a high standard with career aspirations
