Excellent Sous Chef Opportunity with luxury Lakes Hotel

A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Keswick for a Sous Chef to work in the kitchen at this luxury hotel. The restaurant serves seasonal and locally sourced fresh produce and prepares meals for restaurant as well as weddings/functions. The Head Chef is looking for a Sous with passion and enthusiasm to help him run the kitchen and manage junior chefs.

The Role

* Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
* Encouraging and developing Junior Chefs
* Preparing meals for the restaurant and weddings/functions
* Running service in Head Chefs

The Person

* You will already be a Sous Chef or ambitious Junior Sous from a fine dining Hotel/Restaurant
* Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
* Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
* Steady Career History
