Sous Chef - Luxury Hotel - Buckinghamshire

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based near Slough for a Sous Chef to work in their busy hotel. The Hotel is looking for a Sous Chef to work in thier multi AA rosette awarded fine dining restaurant. This is an ideal role for an ambitious Sous Chef to work in the fine dining restaurant of the hotel and prepare meals for lunch and dinner service.

The Role

* Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
* Running and managing the Main Restaurant Kitchen
* Encouraging, motivating and developing Junior Chefs
* Preparing meals for the fine dining restaurant

The Person

* You will already be a Head or Sous Chef in a busy 4* operation
* Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
* Have experience of working in a 4* busy hotel or restaurant to 2AA rosette level
* Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
* Steady Career History
