Location: Manchester - Regional Coverage

Salary: Basic Salary - �40,000 - 65,000 Experience dependent

Working Hours : Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, though a degree of flexibility will sometimes need to be demonstrated outside of these hours to meet the needs of clients.

Our client is expanding into the Build to Rent / PRS arena, the ideal candidate will have a focus firmly on residential lettings that provides a customer focused, accessible and highly professional lettings service to existing and potential tenants across all properties and in line with their client's Policies and Procedures.

Working in a fast paced and varied, with and business to customer selling. It will require a confident self-starter who can take advantage of the high-level training and support provided, to subsequently take ownership of meeting their personal and company targets in order to achieve their earning potential.

The PRS Manager (North) role will oversee the lettings within the Regency Living team and help establish the Regency Living brand as the as the leading BtR / Property Management brand in the UK

The Ideal PRS Manager will have:

* Minimum of four years Letting Management experience
* Our client would also consider 5 years experience as a Senior Negotiator
* Must have a Full UK driving license required
* Proven customer service experience, ideally in a Housing Association or Private Rental industries.
* Excellent communication, organisational and planning skills.
* ARLA Qualified
* Preferably you will have experience in a similar role.
* Experience of working to tight deadlines and targets and in a fast-paced environment.
* Some understanding of the role and scope of social housing providers.

The Role of the PRS Manager:

* Providing a prompt and efficient Lettings service, including accompanied viewings and carrying out financial and other checks.
* Maintaining accurate and up to date tenancy/property details on required systems.
* Liaising promptly and professionally with customers who are moving to carry out detailed assessment interviews and other required appointments
* Developing and maintaining close and effective partnership with West Norfolk Home Choice in order to ensure the timely letting of all empty properties.
* Maintaining strong working relationship with their Property Services Department to arrange refurbishment works as required.
* Allocating, letting and maintaining accurate records of garage stock.
* Ensuring an effective and efficient Mutual Exchange Service in line with Policy.
* To establish strong relationships with corporate funds and family offices in the United Kingdom and International field.

The role is based in Manchester, however, travel UK and International will be required.
