Location: Hersham, Surrey, KT12 4RZ

Salary: �21,000-�25,000 + plus bonus, depending on experience

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm

IT Service Desk Support Responsibilities:

* Provide L1 Support across a wide range of I.T. disciplines
* Follow Incident and Problem management principles
* Provide world class customer service and call handling
* Training and mentoring of team members in Service Desk roles
* Own incidents and problems throughout their lifecycle in line with the ITIL model
* Regularly update customers on their own open tickets
* Adhere to best practice and Mobliciti procedures when logging and managing tickets throughout the lifecycle
* Obtain and maintain certifications as outlined by your line manager
* Any other duties as requested by the business

IT Service Desk Support Requirements:

* At least 12 months experience working in a Service Desk environment
* Must be eligible to work in the UK
* A-C grades achieved in core GCSE subjects (Maths & English)
* Professional customer service language
* Strong documentation skills, including case updates, resolutions and KB Articles
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good team worker, collaborator and transparency of knowledge sharing and experience
* Good time management and prioritisation skills
* Strong problem and incident management and resolution skills
* Able to maintain a positive and professional work attitude
* Results focused ethos
* Exposure supporting MDM / Cloud Security (Desirable)
