We're looking for an experienced Windows System Administrator to join our friendly and high performing team. You'll be based out of Canary Wharf.

Windows Systems Administrator Responsibilities:

* Provide 2nd line operational BAU support for customer internal IT infrastructure and systems in the company's 24x7 hosted environment.
* You will be required to take ownership of problems through to resolution over a wide variety of systems and technologies.
* Server provisioning / de-commissioning.
* Products involved in the process: SCCM Task Sequences and Security patching, VMware, Group Policy and Configuration Management, Account vaulting and Qualys Security scanning.
* Process is quite manually intensive today, looking for an engineer with initiative that can fit into the team to operate, maintain and improve these processes.
* Queue management - incidents / requests with Service Now
* Manage the queues, reassign tickets that have been incorrectly assigned, close out the quick win tickets and assign the remainder around the team.
* Management of alerts
* Manage alerts from our monitoring system, this product is in the process of being replaced, this role would play a big part in onboarding the replacement solution

Windows Systems Administrator Requirements:

* Strong experience supporting enterprise Microsoft Windows Server environments, SCCM, Active Directory, Citrix and VMware - at least 4 years
* IT operational support experience across business-critical Production infrastructure, applications and database services.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Microsoft/VMware/Citrix certification (desired)
* ITIL certification (desired)
