Our Client's team brings together many of the UK's finest practitioners and teachers in all relevant healthcare disciplines.

The Role:

I am currently recruiting for a Clinical Operations Manager.

This position can either be based from in Uckfield, Shirley or home based.

The successful candidate will need a full driving license and must be willing to travel to multiple sites to support their team. The successful individual will be managing a team of 12 employees and will ideally be on part 3 of the register.

This is a full time position working Monday-Friday (37.5 hours) between 9.00am-5.00pm with some flexibility.

The role breakdown is 2 days clinical work and 3 days management activity and you will responsible for ensuring clinical excellence in delivering a range of services to our clients, ensuring a clear focus is maintained on business objectives, company values, service level agreements and effective relationships.

You will have previous OH Management experience including in general management issues in OH service delivery including policy development.

You will be committed to relevant CPD achievement and supporting colleagues with shared knowledge of OH industry.

You will have experience of delivering risk based proactive OH services and ideally of remotely line managing OH clinicians and have auditing and appraisal skills to continuously improve the clinical performance of the OH teams.

You will also have great communication skills with people at all levels and have good presentation skills.
