We are looking for a capable and confident individual to join our busy healthcare setting.  

The successful applicant will be expected to work evening 9pm - 7am 6 on then 8 off, 28.5 Hours per week.

Previous Helpdesk / Administration experience is essential.

Main Responsibilities
First point of contact for incoming telephone calls and service requests received by telephone and e-mail
Escalate any complaints as required and support continuous improvement
Interpret and log requests, inputting details into an in-house system, providing tracking and regular updates to the status of the request through to work complete status in line with Service Level Agreement
Sort and dispatch calls to relevant departments
Monitoring phone lines, handling incoming calls with varying queries.
Resolve any issues accurately first time
Resolve stakeholder queries with professionalism and enthusiasm to represent our organisation in a professional light
Work as part of a team to maintain exceptional client delivery standards

The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in this role / similar position is essential
Excellent telephone manner
Integrity and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Excellent communication skills and administration skills
Excellent organisation skills with prioritisation management to meet deadlines
Committed to following procedures and ensuring tasks are fully completed
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft systems to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and the Internet
Commercial awareness
