Branch Manager - Residential Lettings - Swansea

Salary: Generous Salary Package and Company Car DOE

Our client is one of the largest and most successful Property Agents in the area. They offer a wealth of experience and expertise

The Role:

They are currently looking for an experienced, highly motivated and enthusiastic Branch manager within a very busy office, servicing a high level and variety of clients and client needs, along with a diverse geographical area property type.

The role is to maximise productivity, results and expansion by developing the team, creating and implementing new marketing ideas, technology and directives.

You will also be tasked with increasing office turnover by developing and promoting all avenues of the business. As a branch manager you will ensure the development and growth of the office and staff progression.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

- Must have a proven track record, and recent lettings agency experience in a managerial role preferably within the local area.
- Setting targets for the office including each member of the team including monthly/weekly targets.
- Dynamic ability to lead, support and coach your team to be the best.
- Readily able to identify training needs and personal development for succession planning and to ensure property rentals are maximised.
- Conduct market appraisals.
- Liaise regularly with the rentals Director and Partners and provide feedback any information based on office performance and discuss strategies to improve turnover.
- Maintain excellent relationships with all customers along with all business associates to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct one to one meeting's with staff.
- Local knowledge is favourable but not essential.
- Full U.K driving licence.
