The Company and the Role:
Permanent premier Chef de Partie opportunity in an amazing 5-Star Hotel, with a superb rosette standard kitchen team, working 3.5 days per week, based in the New Forest, with opportunities to travel and work abroad.
First and foremost, you will be working in a fabulous 5-Star venue under the guidance of award-wining and renown Chefs, who are enthusiastic about modern British and Italian food.
Dedicated menu, ethos and brand values to grow and source local high-quality fresh sustainable produce, providing new ideas and twists to an ever-changing menu.
Chef de Partie will work hands-on throughout all areas of the kitchen, learning new skills and techniques from a recognised and established support structure and team network, to help you develop your long-term career progression and aspirations.

Once trained you could be working abroad and internationally dazzling guests and diners with your menu knowledge, food creation, execution and pairing skills, all of this is offered to the right passionate and self-motivate individuals, who can deliver high standards of service.

Key Features of the Role:
The Chef de Partie will only work 3.5 days per week, to give you a better work life balance and lots of time off, with your work schedule provided up to 3 months in advance, so you can plan your free time with more notice.
Prepare and cook high quality award-winning British and Italian menu items from scratch every day using sustainable and locally sourced fresh food produce.
Take time to learn and develop your Chef career, progressing you through the brigade ranks.
Helping to come up with new Italian and British menu dishes subject to seasonal change.
Covering breakfast, lunchtime and dinner service in a very busy hotel restaurant.
With expansion planned over the next 2 years, reliable, adaptable and professional Chefs will be guaranteed promotion internally, or you can move into other brands in the Group.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
Must have your own reliable transport to get to the interview trial, and to work.
To be successful in this role you will need to be an accomplished Chef de Partie, existing Demi CDP or a Junior Sous Chef.
Must have relevant fresh food kitchen experience carrying out food preparation and cooking from scratch in an award-winning kitchen, a rosette or Michelin background is not essential.
Adherence to high standards of food preparation and cooking, focus on creativity, flavour combinations and presentation creating the perfect culinary experience in every plate.
Must be adaptable to work in a busy kitchen environment, with high guest expectations.

You must be reliable, emotionally robust and able to communicate.

What's on Offer?
Chef de Partie basic annual salary of �21,400 - �24,000 based on trial assessment interview.
Tronc worth around �2500 per annum.
Working 3.5 days per week as a Chef de Partie on a full-time permanent basis.
