My client, who are a rapidly growing online retailer, based in Swansea are looking for a customer service administrator to join their fun and friendly team.

The role is a Full Time office based position Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

As a customer service administrator you will be the first point of contact for customer service and this will include responding to emails and telephone enquiries on a daily basis. The role will also involve the timely processing of sales orders.

To be successful as a customer service administrator you will need:
�Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
�To able to empathise, maintain professionalism, display patience and politeness within a sometimes pressurised environment
�Excellent written communication skills

Duties and responsibilities will include:
�Deliver customer service in line with ‘best practice’. Ensure compliance to relevant policies
�Process customer orders whilst maintaining vigilance against fraudulent activity
�Process customer refunds or compensation, seeking guidance where necessary
�Provide point of contact for customer enquiries, dealing with these through to a successful outcome
�Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
�Meeting with other team member and managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service.
