Our client is an exciting, well-established, successful software development company who are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Personal Assistant with at least three years' experience.

This is a great opportunity to make yourself an integral member of a friendly team who work at the cutting-edge of technology.

You should be extremely well organised, capable of dealing with a wide range of tasks, and have some experience in the IT sector. Friendly and professional, you should be able to adapt your skills to fit a variety of situations, have knowledge of modern technologies, and be able to pick up new approaches quickly.

You will have excellent literacy, numeracy, and planning skills, and a pleasant telephone manner. Additionally, you will be competent at performing research and presenting information clearly, producing material to support the team and project goals.

The team is highly-motivated and dynamic, and all thrive in the remote-working environment. You will need to be able to manage your time well, and coordinate multiple things at once. A detail-oriented self-starter with effective communication skills, you will be a good fit with the talented team.

You will primarily be responsible for organising the very busy MD, and will liaise closely with the Company Secretary and HR Manager. You will also be fully responsible for answering the company's main telephone line.

This is a very varied role, covering aspects of personal assistant, secretary, admin, bookkeeper, and more. There is the opportunity to get involved with a lot of variety outside of the core requirements. Your duties will include:

* Managing the MD's task list and assessing priorities
* Diary/appointments management
* Liaising with the PM and other managers
* Answering calls for the business
* Monitoring and answering email accounts
* Arranging travel and accommodation
* Trade show planning and organisation
* Bookkeeping - entry and checking of financial data
* Invoicing - production and chasing of invoices
* Managing payroll and expenses
* Organisation and presentation of information
* Researching and presentation of findings
* Updating databases and documents
* Taking minutes of calls and meetings
* General paperwork and data entry

In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive security of tenure and job satisfaction, along with a healthy work-life balance and full-time remote working. (You may be required to attend meetings from time to time - all expenses paid.)

You should be confident and competent in Microsoft Office and Google Docs, capable of handling spreadsheets and presentations as well as other documents. You will have a high standard of written and spoken English.

It is important that you have a quiet environment from which to work, and that you will be available during standard office hours.
