Overview of the Product Manager:

They are a technology business and have built a diverse range of cutting-edge solutions including their own ad-tech products, blockchain based data platform, unique multi-channel contact centre technology and more. They focus on bringing together the latest industry trends and technological advances to provide highly innovative products.

They're currently looking for a Product Manager to join the product team and support either client or consumer facing products, depending upon your experience. You will be owning and championing the relevant product(s) and managing the delivery roadmap.

As Product Manager you'll sit at the intersection between business, technology and user experience and guide an agile, multi-disciplinary team.

You will be working alongside other product managers, reporting to the Chief Product Officer (CPO).

Responsibilities of the Product Manager:

* Be the voice of their consumers or clients, own the consumer strategy and roadmap
* Conduct research, surveys and user testing studies to determine the product focus through data
* Research and scope out new features and functionality, documenting requirements and user stories
* Articulate your product vision to a growing team, and break up its delivery into meaningful, achievable goals
* Lead, organise, inspire and un-block designers and developers with sharp analysis and well-articulated decisions

Requirements of the Product Manager:

* Minimum 3yrs experience working in a product management or product role
* Worked in agile, multi-disciplinary teams
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills, able to challenge and influence partners across the business
* Strong academic record - minimum bachelor's degree
