Overview of the Graduate Performance Analyst:

Reporting to the Head of Data Insight, the Graduate Performance Analyst is primarily responsible for coordinating TLA's operational performance, ensuring that the business works simultaneously towards revenue, cost, margin and quality goals.

The Graduate Performance Analyst will work with Data Scientists and senior management in development of a performance data model for the business and will work across different operational teams to model and plan for performance scenarios, reporting findings to the leadership team.

They will also assist in developing appropriate periodic KPIs for the business, and developing reports and dashboards to help understand, anticipate and plan for performance issues.

Responsibilities of the Graduate Performance Analyst:

* Coordination and maintenance of business ecosystem and performance dashboards in PowerBI and QlikView, with eventual transition to ownership
* Mapping of business data flows and operational processes, with intention of identifying areas of potential improvement
* Coordination of business performance model development, working with the team to guide and inform deliverables, with eventual transition into development/ownership of model
* Working with data from a variety of sources - including marketing, operational and financial - to identify, analyse and report on trends within the business and market
* Working on a daily basis with stakeholders from around the business, including senior management, to drive business performance
* Monitor business performance against strategic objectives via report and dashboard development

Requirements of the Graduate Performance Analyst:

* Strong undergraduate degree in a business, analytics or computer science-related programme
* Expert-level Excel skills, showcased via Excel report or dashboard development in a previous role/project
* Intermediate-level SQL skills as beneficial; Python skills desirable
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience of BI reporting systems - such as QlikView or PowerBI - would be beneficial but is not essential
