An innovative software development and services company based in Reading have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Support Analyst to join their team.

This position reports to the Software QA Manager, and you will work closely with other members of the software development team, as well as 3rd party consultants and customers.

The Development team provides the core software development services to our clients, and the development of our own products.

The Junior Support Analyst role requires a good aptitude for learning, excellent communication skills, and an interest in Microsoft Windows operating systems and computer software. You must be willing to undertake training and certification in Microsoft on premises and Azure Cloud platforms.

You will ideally be a graduate with an ICT degree or equivalent.


* Respond to customers for queries relating to our market leading electronic signature and document management integration software through our support ticketing system
* Work with senior members of the team to triage, test and diagnose customer software issues.
* Investigate and assist to resolve application functionality related issues and assist in providing first level support and troubleshooting of our own products, and custom-built client applications.
* Assist other members of the team with application installation and testing.
* Assist with writing technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, user guide, etc.
* Assist with software testing of new releases of our own IP and custom developed customer software.
* Be aware of current security issues which may affect our software, and look for these when testing.
* Liaise with our external network support provider in responding to internal network infrastructure support queries.
* Maintain, document and backup our internal network and virtualized production and test server environments.


* A graduate with an ICT degree or equivalent.
* A level or equivalent education.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities;
* Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours.
* Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
* A results-oriented individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
