Incredible opportunity to join a fast-growing business consultancy in London focused on Circular Economy transformation.

They are looking for a Community Manager to work alongside their foundation Creative Tribe. You will be responsible for the marketing budget that will help develop the community to the first 3000 engaged members. Once that is done you will be given the opportunity to join the management team and expand the business to the next stage of evolution.

This is a member only community for professionals in consumer industries that are motivated and ready to take practical action.

The community website will go live in September 2020 with content that includes practical tools in circular economy strategy and team structures/ governance, business analysis, project management, service design, partnerships and stakeholders’ relations, marketing and communications.

Over the last two decades consumer industries have been facing a huge challenge with the rise of technology and transformation of their digital operations to a more customer centric approach. How fast they could adopt to new technologies determined their ability to compete, their ability to retain talent and ultimately their ability to perform in the markets they operate.

- You will facilitate conversations with the paid members of the community on a honeycomb approach (cross pollinating, developing new areas of interest, etc)
- You will oversee the quality of the content across all digital tools and applications, including website but also external channels such as, social media and collaborations/ partnerships with other companies. You will actively engage as a face of this community
- You will suggest optimisation methods to improve the user experience of the community members

Skills Needed;

- You enjoy working, collaborating and contributing in cross functional teams with people of heterogenous backgrounds skills and experiences
- Circular economy is part of your reading interests. You understand that the world needs to change current ways of working, business processes, team structures, products and services. You want to lead that change with a group of like-minded people and you are fully equipped to be a thought leader in this space
- Your writing skills are excellent, and you can moderate all scenarios that you may come across with without ever losing your cool…

Other Benefits include:

- Free lunch - Onsite freshly cooked meal
- Discretionary bonus based on team targets
- Flexible working environment
- 25 days holiday
