This is an opportunity to work for an organization which is supporting the country's investment in UK Rail Infrastructure by providing first class training to newcomers within the industry.

The Candidate:

As a Rail Engineering Trainer, you will be a driven and motivated educator with a background in Rail Engineering and Track Maintenance. You will be experienced in delivering class-based training to students and understand the various learning styles of the class.

The Role:

Your role as Rail Engineering Trainer will be delivering a Level 2 NVQ course in Rail Engineering Track Maintenance. The Rail Engineering Trainer will be required to deliver lessons, monitor student progress, and provide advice and guidance. You will be able to provide the students with specific targets and promote an inclusive, collaborative learning environment.

The Requirements:

Experience working within a college or in-house training setting is crucial. You will hold an A1/A2 or D32/D33 qualification. You will also be highly familiar with the Rail industry and have a solid understanding in Fire & Safety Awareness, PTS awareness. All roles which require specific attention to detail and H&S awareness will also be desirable.

Hours: Full time (35 - 40 hours per week)

Rate: �250 per day (OUTSIDE IR35)
