To provide and support a high quality & efficient staff shop service to clients both on and off site
Main Responsibilities

Greeting customers who use the walk-up shop.
Manage all stock control, including Ordering, Monthly stock takes, write offs & Recalls.
Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
Being responsible for processing card payments.
Stocking shelves with merchandise.
Answering queries from customers.
Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
Balancing credit card machine with receipts.
Dealing with customer refunds.
Keeping the store tidy and clean.
Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands.
Keep online systems updated.
Responsible for security within the shop.
Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.
Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.
Managing, Processing and distribution of all online orders.

The Ideal Candidate



Experience in cash/card transaction management.
Previous experience of stock management.
IT Literate.
Ability to work on own & as part of a team.


Previous Supervisory/management Experience.
E-prophit or similar Financial system knowledge.
Previous experience with stock management IT Systems.
