HR Advisor - Dudley - 3 Month Contract - �16ph Umbrella (Inside IR35)

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join the team of a public sector organisation within Dudley.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

* To provide a solution-focused enabling HR and OD service for directorates and traded services customers.
* Assisting customers to find solutions on a range of people management issues through the HR and OD Services Advice & Enquiry line.
* Sign posting customers to system based solutions/processes e.g. self service and on-line tool kits.
* Providing advice and guidance on employment legislation and policies, contributing to policy development and delivering training.
* Support on a range of employee relations cases as required.
* Flexibility to work across Employee Relations and Traded teams will be expected.

To be suitable for this opportunity; the following qualifications or experience is required:

* Experience of assisting in the development and implementation of employment policies and procedures.
* Experience of involvement in a wide range of employee relations matters including case work.
* Experience of designing and delivering training for managers / headteachers.
* Ability to undertake investigations and present reports.
* CIPD Level 5 qualified, along with post qualifying experience or equivalent.
