Year 3 Teacher - Primary School in Padiham

Full time position

Starting - Monday 20 th April 2020

A primary school in Padiham are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Year 3 teacher to start after Easter (20 th April 2020). The role is covering a gap in staffing and will be until the end of the academic year. The Year 3 teacher will be given adequate timetabled PPA time to plan and have the use of a skilled teaching assistant in class that currently takes a lead in maths and English intervention groups.

The Head Teacher has stated that they would be keen to meet suitable candidates for the role as soon as possible. Once the candidates have been shortlisted there would be an observation and an informal interview which would ideally be arranged within the next two week, either the week commencing 9 th March or 16 th March.

Successful applicants will need to:

* Hold QTS
* Demonstrate outstanding teaching ability
* Experience in Key Stage 2
* Be willing to work as part of a team
* Have high expectations of children's attainment and behaviour
