Customer Service Administrator

Location: Gloucestershire

Salary: from �17,500 per annum based on experience

Job type: Permanent, Full-time

Hours: Normal hours of work are 09:00 - 17:30 hrs with a one hour lunch break Monday to Friday

About the role:

Xograph Healthcare have an exciting opportunity for a capable Administrator to join their Customer Services Support Team (CSST) based at our head office in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire

As part of the CSST your role will focus on delivering great customer service to all incoming queries and further support for existing queries. The role will also support the daily administration functions of the Commercial, Finance, Technical Support, Warehouse & Facilities and Marketing Teams, along with any other administration functions and duties as deemed essential by the Company or as directed by your Line Manager.

To take 'Ownership' of the request, situation or circumstance; try to resolve within your limits of knowledge and authority and if required professionally escalate to your Line Manager. When escalating a matter ensure to present all the facts available, any relevant information along with your assessment and recommendations

To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department you agree to contribute and adhere to the published rotas. This is very important when considering staffing levels to cover planned absences, peaks and troughs workloads and contingency for unplanned events.

Requirements of the Customer Service Representments:

* Experience of SAP or CRM systems beneficial
* Ability to problem-solve within your scope of knowledge and authority
* Confident, patient, polite and diplomatic, when dealing with internal and external customers
* An ability to work to tight deadlines
* Ability to handle multiple ongoing queries
* An effective Team member - taking your fair share of work contribution
* Good organisational skills
