I look after a school in Oxford who are currently looking for SEN support assistant to join them for a full-time role.

All of the pupils have SEMH (social emotional mental health) and each has a statement of SEN.

A growing number of pupils have additional needs such as ASC (Autism) and over one third are known to have significant speech, language and communication difficulties.

We are looking for passionate, friendly committed staff to support our school for a full-time post who have some experience working with children in general and any behaviour support experience would be ideal but not essential.

Our candidates would ideally have some of the following:

- Experience within Primary school settings

- Experience supporting students with SEMH

- Experience supporting with behaviour

- The ability to use your own initiative

- A creative and out going personality
