My well established and growing client based in Swansea is seeking an experience HR administrator to join them on a temporary basis. This role is initially for 3 months but will be extended as required.
This role is to cover a gap they have in the HR tea, as the business has grown so rapidly their back office have not yet had chance to catch up, this will be to help put the HR team with any HR admin duties such as, breaks, sickness, contracts, and all general administration tasks.
As this is to cover a busy business experience in this field is essential as there is no time to train, however guidance and support will be given to the successful candidate.
To be successful for this role you must be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to problem solve, multi-task and re-prioritise. You will be reporting to the HR manager and supporting as required. The successful candidate will be confident in assisting with all HR associated administration including admin around absence management, recruitment, staff development and HR databases. You will possess previous experience of working in a HR Team and have a good understanding of the principles of good HR practice. You will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with wide range/level of customers. You will also have a soft approach with staff and be a friendly face if needed.
You must have a sound knowledge of administering and working with HR systems and processes including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications will be advantageous.

This is a full time role ideally but will be flexible on part time for the right candidate, comes with on site parking and would need someone to start immediately. You will have the opportunity to work in a busy and growing business. The HR team are friendly and supportive and will help develop on HR skills for stepping stone in someone’s career.
