Your core duty as a Trainee Account Executive is to develop the skills required to independently manage PPC Accounts. During your learning phase, you will serve accounts in order to develop the abilities required to manage any account to an exceptional standard.

You will be supporting Account Executives and Account Managers on clients and later also take on responsibility for your own clients, where you will be expected to manage time spent down on accounts while maintaining effectiveness.

● Ability to prioritise between multiple tasks and take initiative to identify new opportunities

Key Duties

Professional Development

● Actively focus on learning through formal training and observation of colleagues by completing tasks and seeking feedback
● Develop the technical skills to complete assigned tasks
● Develop the communication skills to directly interact with clients by email, phone and in person
● Develop the situational awareness to identify and prioritise useful account development activities
● Demonstrate ability to work independently; check your own work, work to deadlines, and ask for support when needed

Account Management

● With supervision, build and maintain account development plans for accounts, taking the lead in identifying priorities and opportunities
● With supervision, build and maintain performance forecasts for accounts
● Responsibility for delivering agreed development plans and performance targets on clients
● Take ownership of assigned processes and maintenance tasks/checks. Ensure regular completion to a high standard and suggest changes where beneficial
● Contribute to calls, emails, meetings, slide decks and presentations to clients.
