Sous Chef - Excellent Opportunity with Busy Hotel & Restaurant

Our client based at this busy property near Coventry & Birmingham is recruiting a Sous Chef to complete their brigade. This is an opportunity to join a busy hotel that offers guests food in a busy high volume restaurant and bar. The Head Chef has exciting plans for the kitchen and you can help him introduce new menus and dishes.

The Role

* Working in the busy bar & restaurant
* Assisting & Deputising for the Head Chef - kitchen management duties
* Working with all fresh food
* Preparing meals for restaurant and functions
* Ensuring Health & Safety & Hygiene regulations at all times

The Person

* Already an experienced Sous Chef
* Experience of working in a busy Hotel or Branded Restaurant ideally with some corporate/C&B experience
* Excellent communication skills as will manage brigade in chefs absence
* Capable and able to work unsupervised

Salary & Benefits

Salary to �27k plus tips

5 Straight Shifts per week
28 days holiday
