Pastry Chef - Excellent Opportunity with busy Hotel on Norfolk Coast

Our client based at this Luxury Hotel in the Hunstanton area has a fantastic opportunity to join its brigade and run the Pastry Section. This is an opportunity to join a busy property and produce pastry, breads, cakes, afternoon teas and desserts for the restaurant

The Role

* Working on the Stand alone Pastry section
* Making all Breads, Desserts and Afternoon Teas for service & small functions
* Support Head Chef and junior staff members
* Working with all fresh ingredients

The Person

* Already a Pastry Chef
* Experience ideally to rosette levels in luxury hotel or restaurant
* Career focused and Team Player
* Wanting to learn and develop skills under strong Head Chef
