The Role

* Responsible for department mail, filing, reporting and shipping process for Client Services
* Gain a knowledge of the Monarch system to enable the process and completion of job tickets.
* Work with Customer Services to ensure an understanding of the department needs, customer accounts and daily actions.
* Assists in proofing customer jobs to ensure accuracy of data flowing in and out of department.
* Provides timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns
* Maintains an accurate record of all completed work including compiling statistics, maintaining customer database and providing management reports as requested.
* Complies with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001 certification for all areas of responsibility
* May be required to take on additional tasks and project assignments as determined by Lead Client Service Representative(s) or Client Services Manager

The Candidate

* Educated to minimum A-Level or equivalent.

* Minimum one year of experience in an administrative role in customer service, sales, sales support or equivalent administrative environment

* Demonstrated strong customer orientation

* Demonstrated strong knowledge and use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and accessing and using the Internet as tool and for research

* Demonstrated strong organizational and process-oriented skills

* Excellent oral and written communication skills including ability to interact effectively with others and to build and maintain positive, professional relationships internally and externally either in person or by telephone, email, regular mail, fax or internet.

* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously including good decision making and troubleshooting skills

* Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully externally and internally within team environment

* Must be security oriented

* Must be reliable through good attendance, punctuality and cooperation
