Our Clients award winning 2AA rosette Hotel & Restaurant in Suffolk that has been refurbished, is looking for an experienced and hardworking Chef de Partie to join this professional kitchen team.

The passionate and dedicated Executive Chef and his team are set to make their mark. With two restaurants, one with 2 rosettes, our Client offers a variety and wide choice of outstanding food for customers and guests to a high standard. The property has an extremely well known reputation for using quality ingredients and unique flavours. Guests can expect to see some of their favourite dishes but with the talented teams own twist. They also pride themselves on using the best British produce.

The duties of this Chef de Partie position will include:

- Maintaining the standards of this great establishment
- Working effectively as part of the kitchen team
- Supporting Snr Chefs
- Helping to develop the jnr Chefs
- Taking part in training and development

The ideal Chef de Partie candidate must have gained previous experience within a similar high quality kitchen and possess the determination, passion and enthusiasm to succeed as a Chef de Partie. You will also have NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent qualifications and a food hygiene certificate is essential.
